HOW TO VOTE EARLY

If you are a registered Pennsylvania voter, you have the convenient option of applying for a mail ballot in person at the Chester County board of elections office, then completing the ballot while there. In one visit, voters can apply for and cast their mail ballot.

When? Where? 

As soon as ballots are ready, you can request, receive, vote, and cast your mail-in or absentee ballot all in one visit. The county will process your application while you wait; if you are eligible, they will give you your ballot.

Deadline to apply for a ballot in person for the 2024 General Election is October 29, 2024.

Just Follow The Steps

STEP 1.  Submit a completed mail-in ballot application to the Chester County election board.

STEP 2.  Wait for your application to be verified and processed.

STEP 3.  Receive your ballot and mark your ballot.

STEP 4.  Seal your ballot in the orange inner secrecy envelope. Do not mark the envelope.

STEP 5.  Seal the inner secrecy envelope inside the pre-addressed outer return envelope where you must sign.

STEP 6.  Complete, sign, and date the voter's declaration on the outside of the outer return envelope.

STEP 7.   HAND IN YOUR BALLOT.
