I served in the above executive positions for over 39 years. Keystone Shipping Co. owns and operates ocean going tankers for major oil companies and dry cargo vessels for the U.S. Maritime Administration. In that position, a large part of my job required strong management skills as I administered major government and commercial contracts. Further, I was a liaison between major oil companies and Keystone Shipping Co. As Clerk of Courts, these experiences would serve the position well. As a side note, I also helped my wife “manage” seven children whom we raised into successful adults.
