Dear Editor:
A recent article stated that Tom Corbett is going to join fellow Attorney Generals throughout America in suing the Federal Government on the grounds that the recently passed health care bill is unconstitutional.
I remember seeing Tom Corbett on a Fox News program in early January threatening to sue if the senate version of the bill passed. On Sunday night, the House of Representatives passed the bill and on Monday, Tom Corbett made good on his threat from January. It is a relief that there are still a few good public servants out there that do what is right and follow through on their promises. Tom Corbett has proven to be a strong leader that is not afraid to stand up for what he believes in.
