Freedoms of Americans trampled
I've read that Pennsylvania Attorney General Tom Corbett is exhibiting vigilant courage and has challenged the constitutionality of the Obama health care plan.
Good for Tom Corbett. It is my hope and of extreme importance that our federal judiciary realizes Obama and the Democrats have trampled on our freedoms and violated the law. The courts should immediately stop the implementation of this blatantly unconstitutional piece of legislation that directly infringes on our natural rights as citizens of our country.
Corbett and a number of other attorneys general have taken legal action. I hope every other attorney general in the land joins them. I strongly believe citizens should also join in this suit.
This legislation requires that all Americans acquire health insurance under penalty of law. This is not only constitutionally unsound; it's a slap in the face to our American legal tradition, an essential tradition that was built upon the cornerstone of freedom and liberty, the very foundation to which this country was founded.
Tom Corbett is standing up for our freedoms. We must support his important fight against the rampant disregard Democrats have taken in upholding the Constitution.
